In Great Britain

Paso offers Free UK Shipping on purchases over £45 and charges £4 for shipping on purchases under £45.

In both cases, shipping is offered via Royal Mail with delivery taking 3-5 business days depending on your location, product mix and the time of day you place your order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of an order being made.


In Europe
Paso offers Free European Shipping on purchases over £80 and charges £10 shipping on purchases under £80. In both cases, shipping is offered via Hermes Courier which in most cases should take 7-10 business days depending on your location, product mix and the time of day you place your order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of an order being made. Orders to France, Germany, Spain and Italy tend to be much quicker than orders to Scandinavian countries. 

Returns

Whilst we are sure you will love the products you have ordered from us, if you’re unhappy with anything or have just changed your mind, we accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase has been made, except for in relation our chocolate products and gummies where we cannot accept returns because these products are perishable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same, undamaged condition that you received it. Items may not be returned if they are no longer in their original packaging.


How to make a return
To complete your return, please send us an email - hello@pasocbd.co.uk with the subject line “Return” stating the item you would like to return, your order number and reason for making the return. 

Please then return your item to Returns, Paso Holdings Limited, 19 Thornhill Crescent, London, N1 1BJ. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items with a total value over £35, we would recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee your item whilst in transit.
