Shipping Information & Returns
In Great Britain
Paso offers Free UK Shipping on purchases over GBP 25 and charges GBP 3.50 for shipping on purchases under GBP 25.
In both cases, shipping is offered via Royal Mail with delivery taking 3-5 business days depending on your location, product mix and the time of day you place your order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of an order being made.
Paso offers Free European Shipping on purchases over GBP 75 and charges GBP 8.5 shipping on purchases under GBP 75.
In both cases, shipping is offered via Hermes Courier which in most cases should take 4-6 business days depending on your location, product mix and the time of day you place your order. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of an order being made.
Paso offers Free US Shipping on purchases over GBP 100 and charges GBP 8.5 shipping on purchases under GBP 100.
In both cases, shipping is offered via standards track USPS mail which in most cases should take 14 business days depending on your location, product mix and the time of day you place your order.
At the moment we do not ship outside of Europe – if you are interested in our products but live outside Europe fire as an email at email@example.com and we will keep you up to date if anything changes.
Whilst we are sure you will love the products you have ordered from us, if you’re unhappy with anything or have just changed your mind, we accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase has been made, except for in relation our chocolate products and gummies where we cannot accept returns because these products are perishable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same, undamaged condition that you received it. Items may not be returned if they are no longer in their original packaging.
How to make a return
To complete your return, please send us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Return” stating the item you would like to return, your order number and reason for making the return.
Please then return your item to Returns, Paso Holdings Limited, 19 Thornhill Crescent, N1 1BJ London. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you are shipping items with a total value over GBP30, we would recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot guarantee your item whilst in transit.
