No, our Sleep Capsules are a nightly supplement designed to enhance your power to sleep, one sleep at a time. So, just like we take our vitamins daily to support and optimise what our body needs to do each day, our Sleep Capsules should be taken each night to support and optimise what our body's do each night.

Shipping Info
We offer Free UK Shipping on purchases over £35 and charge £3.50 for shipping on purchases under £35. In both cases, shipping is offered via Royal Mail with delivery taking 3-5 business days.
If your UK package doesn't arrive with you within 10 days get in touch and we will replace it!
If you’re unhappy with anything or have just changed your mind, we accept returns up to 14 days after your purchase has been made, except for in relation our chocolate products and gummies where we cannot accept returns because these products are perishable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same, undamaged condition.
